A lot of us movie buffs are just too happy when the internet started to let us watch movies online for free. I am a fan of classic movies – thanks to my grandpa for influencing me. The Internet Archive is an ongoing digital remembrance project where the Moving Image Archive is just one of its numerous sections. The latter is my most favorite section of all because it has a vast library of free videos, movies and films that were made in the 1800s. It’s normal to watch movies online nowadays, what’s not is getting access to a lot of rare-to-find classic movies that were made during the 19th century – even before our parents and grandparents were born. The Moving Image Archive is organized into a dozen categories ranging from Animation to Sports Videos.
